الفريق..أسامة عسكر رئيس أركان حرب القوات المسلحة يتفقد المنظومة التعليمية والتدريبية بمعهد ضباط الصف المعلمين.
تفقد الفريق / أسامة عسكر رئيس أركان حرب القوات المسلحة المنظومة التعليمية والتدريبية بمعهد ضباط الصف المعلمين ، وذلك فى إطار حرص القيادة العامة للقوات المسلحة على المتابعة الدورية لنظم وبرامج الإعداد والتأهيل العلمى والعسكرى لطلبة الكليات والمعاهد العسكرية .
حيث إستمع رئيس أركان حرب القوات المسلحة إلى شرح تفصيلى تناول إسلوب العمل وأوجه التطوير والتحديث التى تتم بالمنظومة التعليمية من خلال الأسس العلمية المدروسة بما يسهم فى الإرتقاء بالمستوى العلمى والعسكرى والبدنى لضباط الصف المعلمين .
أعقب ذلك المرور على الأجنحة التعليمية ومتابعة مراحل التدريب التخصصى للإطمئنان على سير العملية التعليمية ، بالإضافة إلى تفقد أعمال التطوير التى تم تنفيذها بالمعهد .
كما إلتقى بأعضاء هيئة التدريس وطلبة المعهد ونقل لهم تحيات الفريق أول / محمد زكى القائد العام للقوات المسلحة وزير الدفاع والإنتاج الحربى ، مشيراً إلى حرص القيادة العامة للقوات المسلحة على الإهتمام بتطوير القدرات للطلبة وفقاً لأحدث المعايير العالمية فى منظومة التأهيل العسكرى ، لتخريج أجيال من المقاتلين القادرين على الحفاظ على الوطن وصون مقدساته ، كما أوصى بالتفانى فى التدريب وتحصيل العلم والحفاظ على أعلى معدلات اللياقة البدنية ، مشيراً إلى أن طلبة الكليات والمعاهد العسكرية بجانب أقرانهم فى الجامعات والمعاهد المصرية هم أمل مصر ومستقبلها .
وأدار حواراً إستمع فيه للأراء والإستفسارات نحو مختلف التحديات التى تواجه الدولة المصرية فى الوقت الحالى ، مشيداً بما لمسه من الفهم الواعى والإدراك الصحيح لكل ما يدور من أحداث ومتغيرات وتأثيرها على أمن مصر القومى .
حضر التفقد عدد من قادة القوات المسلحة .

Lieutenant-General Osama Askar, Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces, inspected the educational and training system at the Non-Commissioned Officers Institute, as part of the keenness of the General Command of the Armed Forces to periodically follow up on the systems and programs of scientific and military preparation and qualification of the students of military colleges and institutes where the Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces listened to a detailed explanation dealing with the method of work and aspects of development and modernization that take place in the educational system through the studied scientific foundations in a way that contributes to boosting the scientific, military and physical level of the non-commissioned officers.
This was followed by passing through the educational wings and following up on the stages of specialized training to check on the progress of the educational process, in addition to inspecting the development work that was implemented at the institute.
He also met with the institute teaching staff and the cadets and conveyed to them the greetings of General / Mohamed Zaki, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Minister of Defense and military Production, pointing to the keenness of the General Command of the Armed Forces to pay attention to developing the capabilities of students according to the latest international standards in the military qualification system, to graduate generations of capable combatants to preserve the homeland and its sanctities. He also recommended dedication to training, gaining knowledge and maintaining the highest levels of physical fitness, noting that cadets of military colleges and institutes, along with their peers in Egyptian universities and institutes, are Egypt’s hope and future.
He conducted a discussion in which he listened to the opinions and inquiries about the various challenges facing the Egyptian nation at the present time, praising the conscious understanding and correct awareness he witnessed concerning all the events and changes taking place and their impact on Egypt’s national security.
A number of the commanders of the Armed Forces attended the inspection .
